Barking Dogs

A barking dog can ruin the peace and quiet of any neighborhood. We all have different work and sleep schedules, so there is no "OK" time for a dog to bark. If your dog barks, keep them inside where they will not bother the rest of the neighborhood.

Barking dogs will be reported, and owners may have to pay heavy fines or spend time in jail if they do not control their animals. Do your part to maintain the peace within our neighborhood by reporting any animal that is a nuisance.

 How To Report A Barking Dog:
  1. Call the Humane Society.

  2. Give the address of the barking Dog

  3. An Officer will serve notice within 24 hours

  4. The first notice is only a warning.

  5. The second notice can result in a fine
    up to $300 and 6 months in jail.

An animal creating a nuisance is a misdemeanor.
